I’m so excited I made it to the last week in So You Think You’re Crafty!! I never dreamed I would make it to the finals!!! There is a break this week though for the auditions for next season…. and luckily for me – to finish up my final craft! I hope it turns out the same way it looks in my head!
Here is what I made last week for the Thrift Store Challenge!

A thrift store photo prop package!
I found the gray knit fabric along time ago at a thrift store on a bolt : ) I was super excited! I hadn’t ever used it because I never really sewed with knits before so I broke it out and figured out a way to use it. I made the leg warmers and headband out of the knit fabric (after much research).
Close up of the headband. I used the garage sale scrap fabric to wrap around her tummy and for the rosette on the headband.
And here are my legwarmers that I love so much!
