Well, I didn’t win So You Think You’re Crafty, but it was close and a super exciting ending. Only lost by 6 votes. : ) Here was my project in case you missed it.
I’ll have a tutorial up for the bed tray and comforter soon. I’m thinking about changing up the comforter a bit and adding more pintucks. I had to change my design a little because I was running behind to submit for the competition, but now I’m thinking of going back to my original plan.

Pintuck Comforter and Bed Tray
You might recognize my pillows from the knock off week : ) They were my inspiration for my bed! That and our house is on the market and I really needed a prettier bed. And well, I just love pintucking and how it looks!

So while I was “staging” my bedroom I decided I wanted a bed tray on my bed. They just make me want to wake up and drink coffee!
I got this tray at Hobby Lobby for $4! It had some ugly writing stuff on it so I painted over it with white and weaved burlap on the bottom. Have I mentioned that I LOVE burlap?! I want to put it all over my house! : )
