  3. Last year I made a couple of rag quilts for Christmas and plan to make 2 or 3 more this Christmas. There’s something really satisfying about giving handmade gifts to my family and loved ones.

    I made “Gratitude Jars” for my loved ones with slips of paper (52 of them in each jar, one for each week) saying something I was grateful to that person for. I used pretty glass jars and wrapped the top with ribbon, twine or baker’s Twine. I also made some jewelry using E6000 and cachabons to make earrings and necklaces. Lastly, I made both ornaments and decor for my gifts, including candy cane reindeer!

  6. Last year I made fingerless mitts for my daughters, ex-mother-in-law, sister and niece. They all seemed to love them, and I know they were used too, lol. I’m already working on crocheted gifts for this year too. Thanks for having the giveaway. Blessed be, hugs!!!

I made a car mat for my little man, a calendar for my mom, a picture holder for my dad, homemade christmas ornaments, a years worth of dates for my hubby, no sew fleece blankets for my brothers, candy ornaments for friends and a few other things I can’t remember…I’m already brainstorming this years gifts!

  10. Last year I made place settings out of glass jars, making them into globes with ornaments inside showing the names of the people and their spots! Glitter included!

  20. Last year my Mom and I made and donated lots of Christmas ornaments (birds, and birdhouses) for a Christmas tree we decorated for the American Cancer Society’s Fantasy House. This year I am planning on making some American Girl clothes for my cousin’s daughter.
