Happy Friday sweet friends! I hope you’re week went a little better than mine! We have been crazy busy, and then last night a stomach bug hit and one kid is down. I’m just praying it doesn’t spread further cause I desperately need a break! But that’s enough about being sick, let’s move on to more exciting things, like tablescapes! Today I’m teaming up with a few lovely ladies to share our Fall tables with you. I’ll admit, I rarely have pretty things on my table since they just get destroyed, but sometimes you just need a little pretty in your life right? And since I like to make things work for more than just one occasion next week I will be showing you how to easily transition this Cozy Fall Tablescape into a Cozy Christmas Tablescape!
When decorating a table I always start with the center. For this particular tablescape I this blanket from Walmart. Just a fun little way to change up your holiday decor without purchasing specific things like table runners.
Once I had my “runner” in place I started with the 3 pumpkins I stole from our porch. They needed something under them so I used the Acacia chargers that I also found at Walmart. It added a nice contrast between the plaid and the pumpkin.
After that I just shopped my house for some filler in between the pumpkins and ended up using some flameless LED candles and some faux boxwood with apples.
I can’t wait to come back next week and show you how easy this is to transition straight into Christmas!
