Craft and Tell {and some BIG NEWS}

Wow! It is so good to be back from our interview in Wisconsin. It was an exhausting trip, but we are back and it is so nice to sleep in our own beds! With that being said I have basically not done a thing on my blog since before we left on the 8th of this month. I wanted to do a huge giveaway and some exciting stuff for my birthday but that just didn’t happen. : ( I’ll make up for it though! It might take me until the summer, but I will, I promise!
Why will it take me until the summer you ask?

That would be because we are moving to Wisconsin!
I know, super weird. We are really really excited though. It’s a great job for Chris and everything has just worked out perfectly for us!
I am a little sad to move away from my family since I have never really been away from them. My mom and my sister are my best friends, so there will be a lot of skyping in my future! But let’s not talk about that right now.. no sense in making myself cry!

So while we were there the church we were interviewing at offered him the position and we took it immediately! We had a good feeling about this from the beginning and complete peace the whole time! Since the beginning of the year when Chris started looking for a job we have prayed for peace in whatever decision we would have to make!

We got to look at a few houses while we were there and WOW I am so in love with this little town, it is just the cutest thing! All the homes are the old cottage and Dutch colonial style built from the early 1900’s up! I fell in love with this one house and we are hoping to put an offer on it in the next few days!
It feels like we are moving in fast forward and I’m just standing here watching all this stuff happen in my life! Ideally we would have rented first but we couldn’t find any rentals ATT ALL! Luckily cost of living there is significantly less than we are used to.

Ok, so that was the big news.
Because of this I will probably be a little short on tutorials until the move. If we get the house I want, I will have so many things to show you so…. prepare to be bombarded with redo’s and cabinet paintings… we’ll see how it goes : )

On to some more exciting news, I have two giveaways coming up and I just know you are going to love them! I can’t wait to show you!!

let’s look at some features from last week! I was just drained on Sunday so I didn’t post the features, so I’m including them here! A HUGE thank you to everyone who linked up last week!
