I hope everyone is having a fantastic Thanksgiving!
I ate too much and haven’t slept enough! Go figure : )
I also gained like 15 lbs just taste testing… then I actually ate. THEN I had dessert!
Oh yes, there will need to be some dieting after this!
After we ate and laid around a bit on the couch today it was time to get up and work of that extra bowl of banana pudding that I most certainly did NOT need!
How do I work off my Thanksgiving meal.
Well, I’m not exactly the go running around the block kinda girl, but I am a mommy who needs to work it off,
so I decided to go with Just Dance 4 and jump around my living room like a crazy person with my kids.
That is better than a jog around the block by yourself any day! : )

We have it on the Wii, but it is also available for the WiiU, Xbox 360, and PS3!
I think my favorite part is the sweat it out challenge to make your work out a little more umm… challenging : )
I mean if I’m going to dance around (like a crazy person) with my kids, I should probably go ahead and try to burn the calories right?
I’m not sure what my kids like more… playing the game, or watching me play the game. The hubs definitely like to watch me play more than play himself, lol!
So if you are looking for some fun family time and a little work out too, I would definitely try this game out! It will give you some great laughs during, and if you have a video camera, you can laugh all night long! You know, I used to dance in high school, but for some reason… I just can’t do it on this game… I guess having 2 kids gave me two left feet! But it sure is fun to try!
