I’m just about done with all of our Fall Decor. Not much has changed around here the last few months since we were more working on construction projects over the summer. So cozying up our home felt so good! I’m not mad about how clean it is either ;)! Welcome to our Modern Neutral Fall Home Tour!
Fall Mantel Decor
I shared our Fall Mantel a few weeks ago. It’s always one of my favorite spots to decorate because it’s definitely the focal point when you enter our home. Typically I keep it pretty simple on the mantel and have a little more fun with the built ins!
Neutral Fall Living Room Decor
Our living room and formal dining room are one big open space, so sometimes it’s a bit of a challenge to make it feel cozy. I added a lot of texture this year with textiles and some dried natural stems.
There’s always a ton of blankets in our living room this time of year. Because let’s be honest here… in Wisconsin Fall just means Winter is a few days away, hah!
I don’t typically share the wall with our TV on it because there’s nothing on that wall. But I added a few things around our TV and I’m adding a long awaited gallery wall soon! I should actually be done soon, so make sure and check back for that reveal!
Uva Grass Fall Decor
I really try not to buy too many Fall specific items (or any seasonal items). I will use the season changes to spruce up my house but I really try and only buy things that can also be used in different ways for different seasons. I’ve been seeing pompas grass everywhere and just love the coziness it adds to a space! When I ran across this Uva Grass (similiar to pompas) I just had to have it! However, I think it can be used in any season if well placed!
For our sofa this year I borrowed the pillows from our Master Bedroom!
And of course added some throw blankets!
Dining Room Fall Decor
Now I’ll be honest. Our formal dining room isn’t at all how I want it. I’ve had these chairs for years and the table is a little dark for me. But it’s a completely functional space so it’s not at the top of my list right now. Maybe soon though! It’s really just a style thing.
We also have a desk in here because I needed a place to store all my computer stuff and just mail and such while we finish the attic space (which I still haven’t even touched). Ideally I’d like to put a bookshelf here with some hidden storage on the bottom!
I decorated the top with a big brown glass jug I found at Target and added some limbs from the tree in our front yard!
Earthy, Neutral Fall Home Tour
I’m not sure why I’ve been so drawn to brown lately, but I definitely have. I’m not planning to paint walls tan any time soon, even if it is a new trend. But I certainly don’t mind some warmer accents these days.
I also added this little chair in the corner with another cozy throw blanket, because…. why not? ;)
Modern Neutral Fall Home Tour – Kitchen
I also shared our kitchen last week, so if you missed that you can read all about it in this post. But I’ll leave some pictures here for you too!
