Every year when Spring rolls around you begin to see a glimmer of hope in people’s eyes everywhere. That little light that begins shining as we are able to graze the grass with our toes and soak up the beautiful sunshine that has been void in our lives all winter. I shared my Spring Mantel last week along with a free printable that reads “He makes all things new”… could there be a better scripture to represent the beginning of Spring? For me this is a constant reminder of how all things are made new through Him on a daily basis, and without my amazing Savior and Father I would have nobody to refresh me or provide a new outlook for a new day. I am so thankful for his new mercies, and even more thankful each new season of life his mercies bring!
This year I have teamed up with some of my favorite blogging friends to share our Spring Homes with you! Once you have toured our kitchen, please stop by and take a stroll through the other’s homes! You will NOT be disappointed!
Incorporating Fresh Flowers into your Spring Decor | Spring Home Tour
One of my favorite ways to decorate for Spring is by simply incorporating anything fresh that I can find. I grabbed a few fresh herbs from the grocery store that brings in some much needed green color, plus they are great to cook with! ; ) BUT my absolute favorite favorite favorite thing to do is put fresh flowers in a glass pitcher!
This is one of the easiest ways, in my opinion, to bring Spring into your home. Finding cute little ways to display flowers brings such joy into the kitchen!
I also found these adorable rope handle mason jars at Michael’s that I hung on my Mason Jar Drying Rack that make the whole space feel so bright and happy filled with their hydrangeas!
I’ve never canned anything in my life, but suddenly I have the urge ;)!!
I also want to fill our fridge with fresh veggies and cook light, healthy meals! Guys I need to capitalize on this feeling because when fall hits I’m ready to start baking all things not healthy!
At the end of the day the sun slowly sets as our days inch their ways into more brightness ,we are left to enjoy each sun ray, each drop of rain, and even the cloudy days that creep in. Spring is a time to celebrate the New Beginnings that our Father has given us!
Have a beautiful day sweet friends! Enjoy the rest of the tours!
