Ham
- Foil Pan
- 1 Fully cooked Spiral Cut Smoked Ham (for this recipe my ham is 8.37 lbs)
- Juice from 1 can Mandarin Oranges
- 1 Orange, sliced
- Fresh Rosemary
Glaze
- 1 can Mandarin Oranges, drained
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/3 cup Honey
- 1 TBSP Yellow Mustard
- 1 TSP Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions
Ham
- Preheat oven according to directions on ham package.
- Pour 1/3 cup of the juice from your mandarin orange can into the bottom of your foil pan.
- Add 1/2 of your orange slices into the bottom of the pan.
- Place ham cut side down in foil pan and cover tightly with foil.
- Bake about 10-12 minutes per pound (or as package instructs). When you have 30 minutes remaining, remove from oven.
- Brush glaze on the ham. Pour any remaining over the top.
- Place two sprigs of Rosemary in the bottom of the pan.
- Leave uncovered, and place back in the oven for remaining 30 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, baste the ham.
- Remove once finished cooking.
Glaze
- While ham is cooking add all ingredients to a saucepan and whisk together.
- Heat and Simmer for about 15-20 minutes.
- Set aside until you are ready to apply to the ham.
