  • Total Time: 18 mins

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 Fresh Cranberries, rinsed
  • 1/2 Lg. Orange or 1 Small Orange
  • 1/4 Cup Orange Juice (or water)
  • 3/4 Cup Honey

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to the pressure cooker pot and stir.
  2. Secure the lid and turn pressure release knob to a sealed position. Cook at high pressure for 5 minutes.
  3. When cooking time has completed, use a natural release for 5 minutes and then release any remaining pressure. If any liquid sprays out, move the valve back to a sealed position and allow for more natural release before trying again.
  4. To thicken, simmer for 2-3 minutes. Sauce will also thicken more as it cools.
  5. Serve warm or refrigerated.

Notes

You will need an Electric Pressure Cooker for this recipe. I suggest this one.
