My husband and I are trying our hardest to be more healthy this year. We are cutting out junk food and trying to greatly decrease our carb intake. We are both noticing a huge difference in how we feel! One of the hardest things to do is eat healthy when you are always on the go! We are constantly dropping kids off at school, working late, going to soccer practice, or dance classes…. I mean the list goes on and on and on! I have really been enjoying making smoothies in my Blendtec Blender for when I need a meal on the go. It makes the best smoothies!
This is one of my new favorite breakfast smoothies. Put it in a freezable mason jar and you can even make them ahead for those extra busy mornings!!
