I’m such an impatient person.. I already posted on facebook and now I’m posting it on here. I just HAVE to show you all my newest design, because it was one of those ones I just kept looking at and looking at and am so happy with it (that doesn’t happen very often for me….I’m very critical of my own work). I am really trying to get all my stuff together so I can officially launch my etsy store. I am exhausted though between a toddler, a baby, a husband, a dog, cooking, cleaning.. so it is taking me a little longer than expected. But who needs sleep right?? I was told once I had my first kid I wouldn’t sleep anymore… they didn’t lie!!! Well… here it is.. my newest headband : ) It is a gathered cotton blend, with a lace rosette and a rhinestone center attached to a stretch lace headband. Leave me some feedback! Can’t wait to hear from you!! : )

It is really cute and so girly! Just how I like it! :-)
Get in the habit of eating when you’re hungry and stopping when you’re full. Pay attention to your food while you eat so that you notice your level of hunger decreasing.
If you think about food all the time, if you eat when you’re not hungry, or if you avoid eating at all, you might have an eating disorder.
