Today was so much fun!
First off, I was driving down the road at around 2pm and it was in the high 80’s here in the Houston area! M.i.r.a.c.l.e! We have been in the 100’s since… well I don’t even remember it has been so long.
I have been a good mood all day. Today I was allowed to water …per our watering guidlines in this terrible drought (my poor dead grass) but I enjoyed it while drinking my coffee. My son ran around and played OUTSIDE. I feel like we have been prisoners in the house all summer! So I called my sister and said we HAVE to take the kids to the park. It is GORGEOUS outside!

P.S. I am only able to write this post because my kids are so worn out. Addison is sleeping and Aubrey is so calm he’s just playing with his superhero’s on the coffee table!
Sometimes I have to actually refer to him as Sponge Bob… not my favorite thing. I blame my husband! Handsome nonetheless
