Hey Everybody!
A big thanks to Ashley for having me here today to meet you all. I’m Kim and I blog over at Too Much Time on My Hands.
I blog about easy and inexpensive crafts, home projects, and recipes all with an Earth friendly focus. I don’t have any real skills and I love to take my readers on my learning adventures where I teach myself how to tackle new projects around my home.
Today, I want to share with you a fun new craft I made for my 6 year old daughter, Holden. It was barely dry before she was tearing it from my hands to hang in her bedroom!
Fabric Covered Wall Letter
I just adore all of the unique and beautiful wall letters I see in all of my favorite home decorating stores. I just can’t bring myself to pay $15-$20 dollars per letter though. This is a way to personalize a letter to exactly fit your decor and style!
Here is everything you will need to do this project for yourself!
MATERIALS
wood letter
paint in your color choice
fabric
pencil
pinking shears
Mod Podge
paintbrush
I love this letter and for the price of one store bought letter I could build my daughter’s entire name! Have you been playing around with creating personalized letters? I would love to hear your ideas, tips, and projects, because I am letter obsessed and am always looking for new inspiration!
I hope you come by Too Much Time on My Hands and say hi so we can get to know each other!
