Good Morning everyone! It is chilly here which puts me in a super awesome mood. In case this is your first time here or you aren’t caught up on my posts I am SUPER DUPER excited about Fall… only 2 more full days, then it’s fall. YAY!

Now, I’ m not much of a cooker or baker (mainly because I hate cleaning up the mess) but there is something about the fall time that just puts me in the mood.  I am also a huge candle person… I love when my house smells all purdy, and thanks to Gook Creek Candle Co my house sure does smell purdy!

Just in case I haven’t made myself clear about my love for the fall and cooler temperatures… the scents that come with this time of year are also my favorite. We are talking PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE PEOPLE! Coffee in general is the scent I want in my house. So what scent candle did I get? Hazelnut Cream, of course!

Ok, so I’m going to be honest here, my husband doesn’t like hazelnut ANYTHING. You can imagine the issues this causes. Apparently when I got this candle I didn’t realize how much he didn’t like it, because when I opened the candle he almost died. I almost died of sheer happines. Best.smelling.candle EVER. WAIT though, there’s good news. I have never had a scented candle that burns at the perfect scent release (does that make sense?) It smells strong when you sniff it, but it burns perfectly! My husband doesn’t mind it all (in other words it’s not overpowering, but leaves a beautiful scent in the air), which makes for one happy mama!

We all know about my love for coffee, I even made a cup declaring my dependency on it! So you better believe when I’m not drinking it, I want to be smelling it.

I burned this baby all during the move. You know how when you move and the house just doesn’t smell like “you”. Well I can’t stand that! So the first thing I did was light this candle up since I got it literally like the day after we moved it. Life saver! Ok, getting back on topic – I barely made a dent in this thing. I burn it all the time and this candle just won’t burn down. Pretty sure that’s a good thing!
