Today is a day to celebrate the peace of Christmas. It’s all about twinkle lights and drinking hot cocoa. The craziness of the season can definitely sneak up on you and sometimes it’s nice to just take a little break and enjoy those moments of peace!
Today I’m teaming up with some amazing ladies, hosted by the lovely Rachel at Maison de Pax, to take you on a little tour of our homes at night. There’s something about Christmas at night and it just goes together perfectly! If you’re here visiting from Nina Hendrick Design, WELCOME! I’m so happy you’re here. Grab a cup of hot cocoa and I hope you enjoy this little tour of our home!
Be sure to take that extra second to enjoy the peaceful moments this Christmas. That moment might be surrounded by chaos, but enjoy it none the less! Merry Christmas sweet friends!! Next up on the tour is Janet from Shabbyfufu and her gorgeous home is sure to leave your jaw dropped!

Beautiful home and it looks fabulous from every angle! I do have a comment though for the photographer. The whites in these photos are blown out and uneven. Using a high ISO also creates a lot of unnecessary noise (grainy texture). Due to these issues, details and colors around around these objects are lost. It doesn’t allow the rich details of your home to shine through. These problems can be mitigated by shooting with a tripod then lowering the ISO or shooting in RAW format, then post-processing images in an editing program.
