We were so excited for the release of FROZEN this week! We went straight to Wal Mart the day it was release and brought it home for a family movie night (you might remember the picture of Addison requesting her picture taken I shared on Instagram)! If you haven’t seen this movie yet, it is a must-see! I literally laughed out loud through the whole thing, it is so cute and seriously… could the little snowman be any cuter?? We are huge Olaf fans!
So we brought this home. I loved the story line of the two sisters, and the relationship between Kristoff and Sven was just adorable. He treated that reindeer like a little puppy dog – So Sweet!! But who can deny how unbelievably cute Olaf is? He was absolutely hilarious, and I just love how he made everything so bright and cheery! My kids walk around saying some of his lines and it just brings such a positive attitude to play time!
I was a little bummed we couldn’t find the Olaf Plush Doll at the store, but he was obviously a popular little toy. We did however find Olaf in one of the castle sets so the kids were ecstatic!
I have to say, one of the cutest things I have ever seen was watching my kids sit on the floor and take the little characters and act out the movie while watching it. It was like a live performance on the coffee table! I can’t believe how much they engaged with this movie. I will be honest, my kids will usually sit down for family movie night and we will make through about 30 minutes before they start chasing each other around the living room. They sat and watched the ENTIRE movie without budging. If you know my kids, you know how hard of a task this is for them! It may or may not have had something to do with the delicious FROZEN banana pops we made to go along with the movie ; ) What can I say…. they love bananas!
You can see how shocked my son was to see a chocolate banana in the bottom picture ; ) He quickly got over the shock and proceeded to eat the entire thing very quickly! Silly boys!
These are so easy to make, and such a fun little treat for the kids! You could make these blind folded… ok, maybe not, but close!

So are you ready for a FROZEN Family Movie Night? Seriously one of the best kids’ movies I’ve seen in a while!
The FROZEN DVD was released on March 18th, AND they even dropped the price from $16.96 to $14.96. I love a good deal!! You can also get a $5 off coupon on specially marked packages of Eggo Waffles (24 count). EVEN BETTER!!
It is a great movie. If you visit my blog, at all, you will know we are a family of Disney fans, so we already own the movie!
Definitely one of our favorites now Lynn! Thanks for stopping by!
My daughter sings “Let it Go” constantly from the movie. I was thinking I could wait to give her the movie in May for her birthday, but I am not sure we can wait so long! The movie is so cute and there are a lot of great songs. Your banana pops looks fabulous! Thanks for sharing. Kari
Ahh yes! We love that song : ) I’m always catching my daughter singing to herself! Cutest thing ever!!
What a fun, healthy treat!
Sweet treat !
They look delicious and cute :)
Thank you Winnie! They are so fun to make and the kids love them!
We love making Frozen banana pops too! Perfect for some #FROZENFun! #client
Thank you!! I hadn’t thought of the joy of banana pops!
When the weather gets warmer, I like to slice up ripe bananas and freeze them with fresh berries on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Throw them in the blender with a little fruit juice and make homemade non-dairy ice cream. :) LOTS of creative wiggle room!
Happy Spring!!
These look really delicious! This is a great way to give the kids a cold and healthy treat!
Thank you so much

Perhaps the most popular frozen treat is ice cream. Ice cream has a variety of flavours and is frequently served in cones, bowls, or soft serve.
