We recently finished our Master Bedroom Makeover and made some updates to our kitchen. Now that Spring Break is just right around the corner, the kids will be home, and maybe things will slow down for a few days so we can get to work on our Living Room. Spring break can go either way for us. Sometimes we leave, sometimes we stay. Since my husband is a full time student now and his spring break didn’t like up with my kids we will be staying home. Which means I won’t be driving all over town and my honey-do list can get a little shorter. I’m sure my husband is thrilled ; )!

Keeping the couch clean with 3 kids, a dog, and now chickens… well I have to agree with him no matter how much I hate to do it!

And since the couch is dark and I tend to lean towards a lighter room overall I knew I needed this rug when I saw it on Wayfair.
