Who says that cooking healthier has to be boring? These luscious yet light recipes from our featured bloggers are bold, tasty, and anything but dull. This is the kind of food that gives New Year's resolution naysayers a run for their money. Personally, I can't wait to try these light dishes because I've got a goal of eating better this year. However, I don't plan on sacrificing flavor to do so.
