Considering a bathroom remodel? These 15 options for black and white bathroom floor tile are sure to make a statement in your home!
I shared some demo progress on our upstairs bathroom a while back. It’s taking quite a bit longer than I had hoped. Apparently securing a contractor in an area with a very short summer is not an easy to accomplish task. We typically do most of the work ourselves, but this bathroom was just a little beyond on knowledge. We have lots of plumbing issues, and had to rework the footprint slightly, as well as some framing. Not all the joists are in the best condition because of obvious, previous remodels and sometimes you just have to admit you need to call in the professionals. But today I’m focusing on something fun, the bathroom floor tile.
We’ve had to alter our original design plans a little bit just because of some restrictions I’ve run into along the way, but there’s no way it won’t look better than it did, that I know for sure ;).

One of the first things I have to decide on is tile so I can complete the design and get everything ordered. As soon as the contractors are done roughing everything in we will finish up everything with installing tile, fixtures, etc. I’ve been searching for the perfect floor tile and I thought I’d share some of the ones I found that I was considering. I think I’ve decided, but I’m not 100%. Meanwhile… what’s your favorite??
There are lots of different styles to shop below because I was really trying to have an open mind on the design. I knew I wanted dark floors, white walls, and something slightly unique on the floor to really give this small bathroom a bold design decision.

Oh My Gosh! I really want to trust your judgement on this one! I personally cannot vote for anything all black, shows dust, hair and really bad with hard water. The other bathroom you all remodeled looks really really good. I like the look of “industrial” but to me, it’s another way of saying more male than female. Maybe for this second bath you could go a little more gender neutral and try to put in a little warmth just for a change of “scenery”.
I wrote you a few minutes ago regarding my frustration entering on your news and recent
projects. I was able to get to the small black and white bathroom I wanted to view.
Things apparently are in the universe alignment this evening!

Properly chosen flooring will not only serve you for a long time, but will also directly affect the comfort in our home. Tile in the bathroom, as for me, the most successful option. But in the rooms we chose carpets, you can read more about it here
